Harper Car and Truck Rental offers a variety of dependable, quality vehicles, including covered trucks, flatbed trucks, dump trucks, refrigerated trucks and other assorted trucks depending on your trucking needs. All Harper vehicles can be operated with a standard driver's license.
We also offer hand truck rentals and we sell boxes for packaging and shipping.

| Covered Trucks / 1 Ton Box Trucks

Vehicles are automatic, with air conditioning.
These popular, dependable trucks are used by a variety of clients, from residents who are moving, people who are hauling or transporting goods, movie production groups, convention companies, catering companies, delivery companies and many more.
Dimensions: Box size 6 ft. tall, 8 ft. wide, and 11, 14 and 16ft. long. Some trucks come with a hydraulic lift or ramp.

Flatbed Trucks

Open vehicle, automatic, with sidings that can be removed; air conditioning.
These high-demand working trucks are used by many groups (similar to those listed in the covered trucks section above); however, a lot of Mac Nut, Ginger, and Banana farmers also enjoy the convenience of this truck. Commercial companies from hotels, transporting companies, environmental companies and construction crews typically use these vehicles.

Dump Trucks

These convenient trucks have and continue to assist many residents, construction, and commercial companies with hauling gravel, sand, rocks, etc. These reliable working trucks do come with a bed that actually dumps.
These vehicles are all 1 Ton.

Harpers offer the COOLEST truck in town... Refrigerated Trucks.
Farmers, florist, produce and frozen distributors are always in hot demand for this versatile vehicle. It can cool down to sub-zero or ice cream. It's the islands only economy way to transport between Hilo and Kona any perishable items, with no mileage charge.
This Coolest Truck in town can have the capacity to freeze or refridgerate and hold the cold up to three days, or we can provide an 220 amp extension cord to recharge or we can recharge for you. We will do what we can to make things cool!
